New Client Application
At Therapeutic Skin Coach, our goal is to provide personalized, holistic care that aligns with your unique skin health journey. To ensure the best possible experience, all new clients are invited to complete an application prior to booking their first session. This allows us to gain a deeper understanding of your skincare goals, health history, and lifestyle so we can tailor your treatment and recommendations to your specific needs.
Once your application is reviewed, you’ll receive a follow-up email with next steps, including how to book your first appointment. We look forward to supporting you on your path to radiant, healthy skin.
January 5th update - There have been an overwhelming amount of new client requests since the beginning of the year that it may take a week or two to receive a response. If you are not immediately approved, it’s because I am having to navigate my schedule with established clients first while preparing for maternity leave in late spring. At this point, weekend and weeknight appointments are not available for any new clients.
Please note that there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. You will be charged for the full price of the facial if you no show or fail to cancel before the 48 hour cancellation policy.
If you are sick or have an emergency, please notify Hayley by emailing hayley@therapeuticskincoach.com. Otherwise, feel free to reschedule your appointment to a day and time that aligns with your schedule.
