ESTABLISHED CLIENTS: Hayley is completely booked before she goes on maternity leave. You can also book directly as an established client with Tay while Hayley is on maternity leave, however, you will have to review your history or any medical changes with Tay before your first session with her. Please note that there is a 7 day cancellation and rescheduling policy as of February 1st 2025. You will be charged for the half price if you fail to cancel or reschedule in time 7 days ahead of your appointment and full price of the facial if you no show or fail to cancel before the 48 hour cancellation policy.

Therapeutic Skin Coach Facials are extraction free and don’t include the traditional methods of exfoliation. Please do not expect your TSC esthetician to add in services that are not offered within your service. These offerings are facial massage based to nourish your skin, facial muscles, and reinvigorate your well-being.

If you are sick or have an emergency, please notify us by emailing hayley@therapeuticskincoach.com (Hayley’s appointments) and hello@therapeuticskincoach.com (Tay’s appointments). Otherwise, feel free to reschedule your appointment to a day and time that aligns with your schedule.

There are no refunds on any facials, programs, audio downloads, ebook, or consultation.
