Therapeutic Skin Coach Facial Reminders

Your facial is coming up soon! Here are a few reminders about your appointment:

- If you are going to be running late, please call or text me.

- Try to arrive 5 minutes early so you can get the full offering in our scheduled time. My suite door will be opened by a door stop so just knock and come in whenever you arrive or wait on the bench across the hall from my suite.

- IMPORTANT NOTE: If your appointment is on a Sunday, text Hayley when you arrive as the building doors are locked on this day.

- Wear comfortable clothing so you can change easily into proper spa attire.

- Avoid any harsh procedures or injections for at least 2 weeks before your facial. This includes facial waxing, peels, injections, and laser treatments.

- If you plan on being out in the sun after your facial, you must commit to wearing SPF and protective clothing. This may impact your facial.

- Stay hydrated and eat prior to your session. We don't want your blood sugar getting too low!

- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, make sure to dress comfortably and feel free to bring any items to help you feel more comfortable during your session like a pregnancy pillow or nursing bra.
